The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge began a busy fourth day of Royal Tour of Pakistan in Lahore with a visit to SOS Children's Village (where Kate gave a speech) followed by a lively cricket match. The pair then changed for a visit to Badshahi Mosque and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre.
