Your Thoughts: Royal Tour of Pakistan Roundup

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wrapped up their five-day tour of Pakistan on Friday with an unexpected series of events. The final day’s schedule, with perhaps the most exciting events of the tour, had to be rejiggered due to scary storm-related flight delays. Instead traveling from Lahore to Islamabad on Thursday evening, they made the trip on Friday mid-day. That meant a planned flyover of Khyber Pass, on the border of Afghanistan, had to be canceled, as well as a visit to a military post with views of the Tora Bora Mountains, once a hideout for Osama Bin Laden. Instead, the royal couple ended their tour with a few new friends at the Islamabad Army Canine Centre, which trains dogs to detect improvised explosive devices. Kate was seen in two different ensembles on Friday, changing from a white kurta she wore on the flight to a long black jacket to hang with the pups.

Also, Kate’s much-hyped television interview aired on CNN today. You can watch that clip here.

In total, we saw the duchess in nine different ensembles during the five-day period. What did you think of her tour wardrobe? Any favorite moments or notable misses? Please share your thoughts in the comments!
