“Harry & Meghan: An African Journey,” the documentary made by ITV during the couple’s tour of Southern Africa, is airing Wednesday night in the U.S. Here is a guide on how you can watch it, as well as (spoiler alert!) a recap of the major moments in the hour-long special. Tom Bradby, the ITV anchor who made the special and is close with the couple, spoke to Good Morning America about making the piece, as well as the fallout between William and Harry since the documentary was released in the U.K.

Whether or not you’ve seen the documentary, there is a good chance you have seen some of the very emotional clips released ahead of time. For some context on the situation, I highly recommend listening to these two 20-minute podcasts: one from the Guardian on the vitriol towards Meghan, and another from the BBC on Harry’s longstanding hatred of the media.
